Welcome to Al-Ittihad Club Company (Joint Stock Company) operated via the Shopify platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our application or website (collectively referred to as the "Platform") and any orders for products or services ("Items") placed through us. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform or placing any orders. Your acceptance of these Terms is mandatory to use the service.

  1. Company Information

Al-Ittihad Club Company (Joint Stock Company), registered in Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 4030516038, headquartered in Jeddah. The company acts as Sport Club to display and deliver its products via the Shopify platform.

  1. Accounts
  • You must create an account using accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and preventing unauthorized access.
  • The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse (e.g., fraudulent orders or unreasonable complaints).

  1. Orders and Pricing
  • Displayed prices include VAT (15%) and delivery fees (if applicable).
  • Prices may change based on partner store policies or delivery distance.
  • Orders become binding upon receiving a confirmation notice via the Platform.

  1. Delivery
  • We commit to delivering within the specified timeframe, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or traffic).
  • Ensure the address provided is correct. To change the address after confirmation, notify us before driver dispatch.
  • Delivery is deemed failed if not received within 20 minutes of driver arrival or due to an incorrect address.

  1. Returns and Replacements
  • You are entitled to receive products as described and of the advertised quality.
  • For defective or non-compliant items, notify us within 24 hours with supporting images.
  • Refunds will be issued via your Platform e-wallet or another payment method after claim verification.

  1. Cancellation
  • You may cancel orders before partner store preparation without charges.
  • Cancellation after preparation or driver dispatch may incur fees up to 50% of the order value.

  1. Payment Methods
  • We accept:
    • Credit/Debit Cards.
    • Platform e-wallet.
    • Cash on Delivery (subject to availability).
  • Report invoice errors within 48 hours of order receipt.

  1. Data Processing
  • Consent:
    By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data (e.g., name, email, address) for order fulfillment, marketing analysis, and promotional offers.
  • Storage:
    Your data is securely stored on Shopify servers in the USA and Canada, with a backup copy in Saudi Arabia, compliant with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree M/19).
  • Rights:
    Request data correction or deletion by contacting Customercare@ittihadclub.sa. 
  1. Liability and Jurisdiction
  • We are not liable for unforeseen damages arising from Platform use, except in cases of proven negligence.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Jeddah Governorate.
  1. Amendments
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email.
  • Revised Terms take effect immediately upon publication.
