Shipping policy

Shipping Policy Al-Ittihad Club Company (Joint Stock Company)

This policy governs the delivery and shipping terms applicable to all orders placed through the official Al-Ittihad Club online store powered by Shopify. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following provisions:

  1. Delivery Timeframes
  • Within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Delivery is expected within no less than seven (7) business days from the date of shipment.
  • Outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Delivery is expected within no less than fourteen (14) business days from the date of shipment.

Note: These timeframes are estimates and do not include delays resulting from customs clearance procedures, governmental or quasi-governmental inspections, or force majeure events.

  1. Force Majeure and Holiday Delays

Al-Ittihad Club shall not be held liable for any delays caused by:

  • National holidays, religious festivals (e.g., Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha), or weekends.
  • Natural disasters, pandemics, weather disturbances, or any other emergency situations beyond the reasonable control of the Club or its delivery partners.
  • Strikes, government restrictions, or interruptions in transportation or customs processes.

Such events will be considered force majeure under this policy.

  1. Customs and Regulatory Delays (for International Orders)
  • Delays due to inspections, customs duties, or border control requirements are outside the responsibility of Al-Ittihad Club.
  • Customers are responsible for compliance with the import laws of the destination country and for payment of any applicable customs duties or taxes.
  1. Delivery Responsibility and Liability
  • Once the order has been handed over to the third-party carrier, responsibility for any delay, mis delivery, or damage lies solely with the shipping provider.
  • Al-Ittihad Club claims any liability arising from the carrier’s negligence or operational disruptions.
  • The customer must communicate with the carrier directly in case of disputes or tracking issues.
  1. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery Attempts
  • The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
  • In the event of failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or repeated refusal to receive the order, re-shipping fees shall apply, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
  1. Return & Cancellation Handling
  • Customers must initiate any return or exchange request through the designated channels:
  • In the event a customer cancels an order after it has been prepared and packed, they shall be charged 50% of the total order amount as a cancellation fee.
  • If the return or exchange request is rejected due to non-compliance with the policy, the customer shall bear the cost of shipping to retrieve the product again.
  1. Compliance and Governing Laws

This policy is drafted in accordance with:

  • The E-Commerce Law and its implementing regulations issued by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.
  • Relevant transportation and postal regulations.

International treaties governing cross-border shipments (e.g., UPU and applicable bilateral agreements).
