Terms and Conditions — Ittihad Club Gift Card

1. Usage

  • The gift card is valid for use only on the official Ittihad Club online store (shop.ittihadclub.sa).
  • The gift card cannot be used in physical stores or points of sale.

2. Validity

  • The gift card is valid for one year (12 months) from the date of purchase.
  • The validity period will not be extended, and any unused balance will not be refunded after the expiry date.

3. Balance and Use

  • The gift card can be used for multiple orders until the full balance is depleted.
  • The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or converted into a monetary balance.
  • If the order value exceeds the card balance, the difference must be paid using another payment method.

4. Gifting

  • The card code can be shared with anyone for their use.
  • Ittihad Club is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of cards.

5. Tax

  • Listed prices include Value Added Tax (15%) in accordance with Saudi regulations.

6. Refund Policy

  • The gift card is non-refundable for cash after purchase.
  • In case of a technical defect in the code, it will be replaced within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • If an order paid for with a gift card is canceled, the balance will be returned to the card, not as cash.

7. Privacy

  • Buyer data is protected in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
  • Customer data will not be shared with third parties without their consent.

8. Restrictions on Use

  • The gift card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
  • More than one gift card cannot be applied to a single order.
  • The gift card is not transferable or for sale to third parties for financial consideration.

9. Purchase Limit

  • The Club reserves the right to set a maximum limit on the number of gift cards that can be purchased per customer within a specified period, to prevent misuse.

10. Misuse

  • The Club reserves the right to cancel any gift card suspected of being used fraudulently or in violation of the terms without prior notice or compensation.

11. Force Majeure

  • Ittihad Club is not responsible for any delay or inability to provide service due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or government decisions.

12. Service Changes

  • Ittihad Club reserves the right to discontinue the gift card service at any time, provided a minimum usage period of 90 days is available for previously issued cards.

13. Governing Language

  • In the event of any conflict between the Arabic and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

14. Effective Date

  • These terms are effective from: ___________ (to be determined after official administrative approval).

15. General Provisions

  • Ittihad Club reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.

16. Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • In case of dispute, Saudi courts shall have jurisdiction.
