Al-Ittihad were crowned champions of the 2025 King's Cup after defeating Al-Qadisiyah 3-1 at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium (The Shining Jewel) in the final match, which was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. French star Karim Benzema opened the scoring for Al-Ittihad in the 34th minute, and Houssem Aouar doubled their lead in the 43rd minute. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang pulled one back for Al-Qadisiyah in the sixth minute of first-half stoppage time. In the second half, Benzema returned to score his second goal of the match, securing Al-Ittihad's third goal in the fourth minute of second-half stoppage time. Al-Ittihad thus concluded their season with a trophy haul, having already won the league title and the King's Cup.
